5. Vorregistrierung für Vijondo

Auf unserer Website können Sie sich für Vijondo vorregistrieren.

Im Rahmen der Vorregistrierung verarbeiten wir insbesondere:

  • Ihre E-Mail-Adresse

  • die von Ihnen im Feld „Ich bin …“ ausgewählte Interessengruppe

  • Datum und Uhrzeit der Registrierung

  • die von Ihnen erteilte Einwilligung

  • gegebenenfalls erforderliche technische Protokolldaten

Die von Ihnen ausgewählte Interessengruppe kann beispielsweise Reisende, Hotels/Unterkünfte, Reiseveranstalter, Erlebnisanbieter oder Sonstige umfassen.

Die Daten werden verwendet, um Ihre Vorregistrierung zu verwalten, Sie der von Ihnen ausgewählten Interessengruppe zuzuordnen und Sie per E-Mail über den Start von Vijondo sowie über wichtige Neuigkeiten rund um Vijondo zu informieren.

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Grundlage Ihrer Einwilligung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

Die Erteilung Ihrer Einwilligung ist freiwillig und kann jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen werden. Hierzu genügt eine Nachricht an die oben angegebene E-Mail-Adresse.

Durch den Widerruf der Einwilligung wird die Rechtmäßigkeit der aufgrund der Einwilligung bis zum Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung nicht berührt.

6. Storage of Pre-registration Data

The information submitted through the pre-registration form is stored in our WordPress installation.

We use functions provided by the Divi system as well as an extension for storing and managing form submissions to create and manage the form.

The stored information is used exclusively to manage pre-registrations, assign users to the relevant interest groups and fulfil the communication purposes described above.

Your email address and other personal information will not be published.

7. Display of the Number of Pre-registrations

Our website may display how many people have already pre-registered for Vijondo.

Only aggregated figures are displayed, such as the total number of pre-registrations or the number within individual interest groups.

Email addresses, names and other personal data are not displayed publicly.

The figures displayed are not intended to allow individual registered persons to be identified.

8. Retention Period for Pre-registration Data

We generally store your pre-registration data for as long as necessary for the purpose of pre-registration and the associated communication.

If you withdraw your consent, the personal data stored for these purposes will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds prevent its deletion.

The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent remains unaffected.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Based on the current technical configuration of our website, we do not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies.

In particular, neither Google Analytics nor the Meta Pixel is currently used to analyse or track visitors.

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our own web server.

Therefore, no connection to Google Fonts is established when you visit our website in order to provide the fonts used by us.

Under the current configuration, your IP address is not transmitted to Google solely for the purpose of loading the fonts used on this website.

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide in order to respond to your enquiry.
